Help us lead the future of early years education. Were looking for a dynamic, hands-on Regional Operations Manager to join our growing leadership team at The Old Station Nursery Group. This is a pivotal role where you'll inspire and guide a team of Area Managers, championing high standards across a thriving region of nurseries. With your passion for early years, operational excellence mindset, and commercial acumen, you'll drive quality, performance, people capability and growth, ensuring every nursery within your region delivers exceptional care and education for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop your area management team
• Champion exceptional quality standards and regulatory excellence
• Own your region's commercial performance and P&L
• Create a people-centred culture that supports our people grow in their careers
• Collaborate across functions to deliver key strategic initiatives
• Open and embed new settings as we continue to grow

What we're looking for

• A proven regional leader with early years or education sector experience (multi-site is a must)
• Commercially minded, with a strong track record in budget ownership and performance delivery
• Inspirational, authentic leadership style, a leader who can empower, support, and challenge providing clarity, direction and stretch.
• Deep understanding of early years education and regulation, with relevant EY qualification and experience.
