We are recruiting a Critical Care or Intensive Care Unit/Complex Care Nurse with a flexible approach to join our team. The role involves rotating across over Nurse-led care packages in Dorset and Hampshire. This full-time position requires a candidate who has substantial experience in managing tracheostomies, operating ventilation equipment, and handling PEG feeding tubes. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering high-quality care in these specialised areas, ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.

·Driving licence is essential.
·Extensive experience in ICU or patients with complex needs in the community.

Responsibilities includes:
·Tracheostomy care and ventilation
·Operating equipment such as ventilators, suction machines, cough assist machine, enteral pumps and others.
·Seizure management
·Administration of medications
·Physio
·Manual handling
·Be able to cover/float around our Nurse-led packages in Poole, Dorset and Southampton, Hampshire.
