Legal 100 Law Firm, with a market-leading reputation in corporate defence and regulatory work, is looking to recruit and expand its team. The role is suitable for associates with 2-4 years PQE, but applications from all levels, including NQs with regulatory experience, are welcome.

You will work closely with the lead partner in Manchester, an acclaimed expert, as part of a wider national and international team. The focus will be on Health & Safety and Environmental Regulatory matters.

The team handles a diverse range of clients (construction, manufacturing, transport, scientific research, energy, infrastructure sectors), including organizations and individuals/directors, on issues such as:

• Health & Safety breaches
• Corporate Manslaughter charges
• Environmental investigations

They also represent clients in criminal proceedings and inquests, and are known for crisis management, strategic advice, and training in breach avoidance and risk assessment.
