As Compliance Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping the business operate with integrity-ensuring processes, policies and behaviours align with both regulation and commercial best practice. It's a great move for someone with a background in audit, risk, or finance who's ready to take ownership in a people-first environment.

Maintain and manage the company's risk register
Advise on business activity risk, policy compliance and mitigation strategies
Lead and support crisis or compliance incident plans
Partner with Learning & Development to maintain relevant training modules
A strong background in compliance, audit, risk or legal/regulatory roles
Commercial acumen-you understand how to make compliance commercially viable
A people person: approachable, clear, and a confident business partner
Up-to-date knowledge of UK regulations (GDPR, AML, Consumer Protection, etc.)
