Job Title: Regulatory Solicitor Location: Remote Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities

Represent members in regulatory hearings, inquests, and disciplinary tribunals. Provide strategic legal advice on fitness to practise investigations and professional conduct issues. Prepare cases for hearing, including the drafting of submissions, witness statements, and legal arguments. Conduct advocacy before Coroner's Courts and professional regulatory bodies. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external counsel to ensure effective and well-managed case progression. Stay informed on developments in healthcare regulation and coronial law.
