Overview
This is a senior IT programme management role focusing on integration between IT and telecoms systems, with responsibility for transitioning the IME programme from external to internal delivery teams and establishing a new Agile Release Train to support long-term delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leading complex IT programme delivery with a focus on integration between IT and telecoms systems
- Supporting the transition of the IME programme from external to internal delivery teams
- Driving the setup and launch of a new Agile Release Train to support long-term delivery
- Managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across the programme
- Coaching Agile teams and leaders in SAFe and Lean-Agile practices
- Ensuring transparency and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale IT programmes
- Hands-on experience delivering in telecoms or network-integrated environments
- A background in IT application development or platform/software engineering
- Strong understanding of Agile at scale, ideally with experience launching a new Release Train
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Role Details
This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You\'ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week.
