We’re supporting one of our partner clinics to expand their mental health service and are looking for a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to join their remote team. This is a flexible opportunity for a practitioner who’s passionate about delivering high-quality CBT in a safe and supportive virtual environment.

You’ll be working independently, with regular support from a multidisciplinary team, providing tailored CBT interventions for adults across a range of presentations. Sessions are delivered remotely via phone or video, depending on client preference.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality CBT interventions and brief psychological support with measurable clinical outcomes

Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulations to determine the most appropriate therapeutic pathway

Offer therapy sessions remotely (via phone or video) with flexibility around client needs

Work collaboratively with clinical leads and the wider therapy team to ensure continuity of care

Adhere to client allowance frameworks and recovery-focused session planning

Provide ad-hoc wellbeing support or one-off assessments and signposting as needed

Support group psychoeducation and remote workshops where required

Maintain accurate records, work within clinical governance frameworks, and attend regular clinical supervision

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights from practice

What We’re Looking For

Essential

Postgraduate Diploma in CBT/High Intensity Therapy (BABCP-accredited)

Full BABCP accreditation

At least 2 years’ experience delivering high-intensity CBT to working-age adults with a range of presentations

Desirable

Additional training or accreditation in specialist approaches (e.g., EMDR)

Experience in corporate settings or awareness of workplace wellbeing

Leadership experience or a desire to contribute to service development

Skills & Qualities

Solid understanding of general adult mental health presentations

Confident using Microsoft tools and electronic health records

Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience managing your own caseload and diary, with a focus on client outcomes

Strong time management, able to work efficiently and independently

Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and responsive

A true team player who brings energy, professionalism, and a client-centred approach
