Wescot Credit Services is looking for Welsh-Speaking Customer Consultants to join our outsource campaigns starting 1st September 2025.

We seek team players who match our enthusiasm, work ethic, and commitment to 5-star customer service to be the first point of contact supporting Welsh-speaking customers in their preferred language.

As a Customer Consultant at Wescot, you will:

You will begin with a 3-week training programme to learn about our business, clients, systems, and how to best support customers. This training will be conducted remotely, Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm.

Once trained, you will transition into our weekly shift patterns, with options for either a 37.5 or 40-hour contract. Our operating hours are between Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8.30am – 1pm, with a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shift.
