Remote Full Cycle Sales Executive (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,000 - 3,000 USD/month paid via Deel
Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours Central Time (flexible)
Job Overview
Our client is an influencer relationship management platform for eCommerce businesses to find, reach out, manage, and track performance of the influencers they work with. They’re a self‑funded company from India, selling primarily to US‑based brands.
This role is considered a full sales cycle role. You will be in charge of all the steps from warming leads, running consultative demos, guiding them through trials, and closing $10k‑25k ACV deals that move the company closer to its goals. You’ll work directly with the CEO on refining the company’s narrative, tightening objection‑handling, optimizing the sales cycle, and pushing deals across the finish line. If you like ownership, speed, and being directly responsible for revenue, you will love this role.
Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Run consultative demos following our Predictable Influence narrative
- Own pipeline from first touch → follow‑up → trial → won
- Educate trial users with quick‑wins sessions
- Increase deal sizes over time by identifying deeper use cases and expansion paths
Inbound → Revenue
- Respond fast to inbound leads
- Build structured follow‑up workflows that drive predictable conversion
- Reduce sales cycle length by tightening qualification and communication
- Improve Demo → Close rate month‑on‑month
Outbound (30%)
- Expect a 70‑30 split between Inbound and Outbound leads
- Personalised outreach, not mass‑blasts
- Use social proof, LinkedIn and X content to nurture the market and book calls
Systems & GTM
- Maintain clean, disciplined CRM hygiene
- Improve sequences, call scripts, and trial flows
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve narrative and pitch
- Share weekly insights from the frontlines to improve the product and messaging
Social Selling
- Post on LinkedIn weekly — share insights, customer wins, GTM lessons
- Build credibility within the ecom/DTC ecosystem
- Grow a personal brand that fuels inbound

This is a high‑ownership, performance‑driven role. You’ll know exactly what success looks like at all times.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
- 2‑5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- You’re an xDR or Junior AE looking for your next big opportunity
- Experience selling to eCommerce or DTC brands is a plus
- You’re a closer — you enjoy the game, the chase, and the art of selling.
- You think in systems
- You don’t need permission to operate; you take ownership by default
- Grit and Persistence are second‑nature to you

What Initial Success Looks Like ️
30 Days
- Learn company’s narrative, ICP, demos, and pitch
- Understand trial → paid funnel deeply

- Run and attend practice demos with other reps and CEO
60 Days
- Handle inbound pipeline fully
- Start generating outbound meetings
- Show improvements in follow‑up discipline and trial conversions
90 Days
- Own full sales cycle end‑to‑end
- Close 5‑8 deals
- Improve Demo → Close rate
- Contribute feedback to a cleaner GTM playbook
