Join a high-performing Life Sciences recruitment firm working with some of the fastest-growing Medical Device companies in the US. After 2 years in building mode, the Founder is looking to make his first hire to take things to the next level.

This is an opportunity to own a desk, grow your own client base, and have real influence in a lean, ambitious business that values performance over politics.

THE ROLE

️ Take full ownership of a 360 US Medical Device desk

️ Build long-term client relationships and win new business

️ Source top-tier talent and manage end-to-end recruitment

️ Drive your own billings with freedom, flexibility, and support

YOU

️ 2+ years' 360 recruitment (perm or contract)

️ Proven track record of consistent billings

️ Life Sciences background is ideal, but not essential

️ Comfortable working US hours (11–8pm UK)

️ Self-starting, hungry, driven - know how to build & run a desk
