Our Client
Our client a rapidly expanding automotive services company specializing in auto glass installation, distribution, and window tinting. Their mission is to deliver high-quality service, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer support to dealerships and individual clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a bilingual professional (English & Spanish) who can manage customer calls, convert sales opportunities, and support daily operations through our lead management software.
Job Overview
As a Sales & Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle inbound calls in both English and Spanish, assist customers with glass and window tint services, process invoices, and check their lead management system daily to follow up with potential clients. This role combines customer service, sales, and administrative support — and offers strong opportunities to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in Spanish and English, assisting customers with product/service information.
- Monitor and manage leads through our software daily, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into sales and maintain strong client relationships.
- Create and send invoices promptly during downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, leads, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with operations/logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
Required:
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience required.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English & Spanish (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using lead management software, invoicing systems, and spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet and professional home workspace.
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive, glass, or window tint industries.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar invoicing tools.
