Serious Injury Solicitor - Fully Remote - up to £75,000 salary, dependent upon experience

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning law firm offering specialist legal advice for Personal and Catastrophic Injury.

Due to expansion, the firm seeks a Serious Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (7+ years’ PQE) to handle high-value Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) cases.

The role suits a compassionate individual committed to supporting clients and delivering excellent outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building are essential.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Serious Injury and TBI cases, including some Clinical Negligence. There is an opportunity to develop a specialism in Catastrophic Injury, particularly TBI, and to contribute to rehabilitation strategies.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (minimum 7 years’ PQE)
• Experience with high-value, multi-track Serious Injury claims
• Knowledge of causation and quantum issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisation and client care skills
