Overview
If you are an experienced Research Analyst who wants to serve God through your work, then we are looking for someone just like you to join a Research Team making a worldwide impact.
Worship.Works presents a fantastic opportunity to join a business ministry serving the world’s largest companies in regulated sectors, while putting your Christian faith into every aspect of your work as a workplace minister.
- Are you a Christian looking to serve God in every area of your work?
- Do you want to experience the power of God every day in your career?
- Do you long to be guided by the Holy Spirit and see God touch companies and nations?
The employer is an award-winning, specialist market research consultancy and operates as a faith-based social enterprise with a vision to transform nations. The company is made up of a passionate team of believers who worship God by using the gifts and skills He has given them to make a difference.
The Research Team is a group of curious and dynamic individuals working together to find answers to the challenges and needs of clients. As a member of this team, you will undertake bespoke market research projects using digital and social media data, working with cutting-edge technologies to develop Holy Spirit-led insights and tell compelling stories which lead to action.
About you:
You choose to love all people, actively listening to and generously supporting the needs of others. You have a heart to serve God through your work and value excellence. Working in a team, you are collaborative; you love to work alongside others and are as happy when teaching others as when you are learning from them. You are also proactive about your own learning and personal development, and you know how to use critical feedback to continually improve.
About your skills:
You bring growing expertise in deriving insight from structured and unstructured data.
You must be able to communicate insights verbally, visually, and by writing in an engaging and clear manner. You have proficiency in statistical analysis (e.g. Gen AI or Python for hypothesis testing), and you are confident in using Boolean searches and classifying unstructured data. You are comfortable using social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Synthesio) and creating data visualisations that tell compelling stories.
In addition, for a more senior role, you will also be proficient in advanced analytical techniques, including predictive analytics and machine learning (using libraries such as scikit-learn). You are confident in leading analytics projects that directly influence client strategy and operations, managing junior colleagues, and mentoring them in research approaches. You are skilled in creating interactive data visualisations and can guide others in best practice. You are comfortable communicating complex insights to clients and influencing their decision-making.
What you can expect:
You will design and execute research projects that align with client objectives. This includes determining the most appropriate research methods, managing internal research delivery milestones, and ensuring quality in outputs. You will support the development of strategic recommendations, contribute to proposal design, and present findings directly to clients.
If your experience lends you to a more senior-level role, you will also oversee and direct research and insights projects, ensuring resources and timelines are managed effectively. You will mentor analysts, support the design of new research methods, and act as the data expert in client engagements. You will play a visible role in client relationship management, presenting the company’s capabilities confidently, and influencing client strategies with data-driven recommendations.
Alongside other members of the team you will dedicate time to praying for clients, other external stakeholders and colleagues. You should be prepared to join a team of professionals who minister through their work and use the Bible as a foundation for business.
What we offer:
- A comprehensive development programme of biblical and practical teaching for work-based ministry, provided by Worship.Works.
- Mentoring and coaching to support your spiritual and career development.
- A highly competitive salary with excellent career growth prospects.
- Inclusive and diverse environment of love, service and excellence.
- A team dedicated to recognising and celebrating each others’ success.
- Hybrid working
- Family-friendly policies.
- Up to 5 days paid volunteer days per year.
- Opportunity to participate in the Company’s giving programme and shape how the company supports good causes.
