Our work has helped identify and clarify unmet clinical needs, assess burden of illness, evaluate patient outcomes and adherence, while supporting promotional and labeling claims on a global scale. This is a fully remote, home-based position.Position overview (concise): As a Research Director in our HEOR team, you will be a recognized expert in Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) strategy, with high external visibility and a strong track record of publications and presentations. You will maintain an established line of research, have a strong presence in the research community, and provide senior-level mentorship and oversight of junior scientific staff. The role will contribute to the financial performance of the HEOR team, including input on business and strategic development.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesResearch Project DeliveryDevelops and maintains an individual research portfolio, generating leads from clientsDevelops proposals, drafting complex steps for scientific integrity to ensure methodological and strategic aspectsResponsible for ultimate quality of client deliverablesResponsible for maintaining efficient use of project team resources and delivering within established project budgetsScienceServe as internal consultation resource and provide senior-level oversight to staff for project work and relevant methods and regulatory issuesMaintain high external visibility as recognized leader in the field through track record of publications and presentationsMaintain an established line of research and expertise in health outcomes researchOversees quantitative and/or qualitative analyses and leads those analyses, interprets results, and oversees other project staff in completion of related deliverablesDrives scientific excellence and innovation throughout the Sanius Health HEOR teamActively participates in developing Sanius Health HEOR team scientific direction and goalsProvides high-level consultation with regulatory bodies and science boardsDevelops innovative science strategies to client issuesSupports business development through participation in client outreachParticipate in maintaining the scientific quality through providing training and establishing benchmarks of scientific excellenceEducation, Professional Skills, & ExperiencePhD and 10+ years’ experience or MA/MS and 15+ years’ experience in health outcomes and patient-centered research related field, including significant recent consulting experience with internal and external clientsDemonstrated track record of delivering scientific outputs, in particular peer-reviewed publicationsStrong networking skills, with ability to deliver on business developmentMS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with SAS or similar data analysis softwareAbility to lead project teams through innovative, complex, and collaborative projectsSanius Health is an equal opportunities employer.
