The role This is a senior strategic leadership position, overseeing major healthcare and life sciences programmes from initial design through to final delivery. You will lead key client relationships, guide multi‑disciplinary teams and ensure work is delivered to the highest strategic and creative standards. It is a role for someone who brings clarity, commercial judgement and strong people leadership. Director with deep experience in healthcare or life sciences research on the agency side (it is vital that you have previously worked within a specialist market research agency) Strong grounding in primary research across both qualitative and quantitative methods Strategic thinker able to translate complex evidence into crisp and actionable direction Confident people leader with experience managing senior stakeholders and multi‑disciplinary teams Commercially minded and comfortable driving account growth and identifying new opportunities Thrives in a fast‑paced, ambitious and collaborative culture Enjoys shaping thinking, refining ideas and delivering exceptionally high‑quality work
