Up to £70,000 + 28 days holiday + work-from-abroad benefit
Looking to lead impactful research with some of the world’s biggest youth-focused brands?
This is a standout opportunity to step into a senior role at a fast-growing, audience-first research and marketing agency that partners with brands like LEGO, Nike, Netflix, Disney, and the FA.
They specialise in understanding youth audiences better than anyone else in the industry – blending bespoke quant and qual research with creative, strategic thinking that actually lands with the people it’s meant to speak to.
You’ll be covering a 12-month maternity leave but stepping into a high-impact, hands-on role, where you’ll be leading projects end-to-end, developing a growing team, and working closely with senior leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Research & Insight Delivery
- Own and deliver bespoke research projects across quant and qual
- Design surveys, manage IDIs, run online communities and panels
- Lead analysis, reporting, and presentation of insights to senior clients
- Ensure all work is GDPR compliant and ethically sound – especially important when researching youth and families
Client Growth
- Build on relationships with high-profile clients
- Act as a strategic advisor, spotting new opportunities for partnership
- Deliver commercially focused insight that leads to action
- Line manage a Research Manager from day one
- Mentor, coach, and build out the wider research team (2–3 additional hires planned within months)
- Work closely with the CEO and wider business leadership to evolve the research offer
Who They’re Looking For
- 5–7 years in a research agency or marketing-led research environment
- Strong in both qual and quant, but confident leaning into quant where needed
- Experience with youth or family-focused research is a major plus
- Comfortable managing projects end-to-end and acting as the senior point of contact
- Commercial mindset – track record of client growth and relationship building
- Confident navigating ethical research, GDPR, and safeguarding when working with under-16 audiences
Why Join?
- Work with global clients on audience-defining research
- Join a team of 24 in a business that’s grown significantly since 2021
- Be part of a company that actually listens to young audiences – not just talks at them
- 28 days holiday + 2 weeks working abroad
- Hybrid working from beautiful central London offices (Mon & Weds in-office)
