Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handle a broad range of transactions including sales, purchases, new builds, remortgages and transfers of equity (both freehold and leasehold)
  • Proactively communicate with clients, partners and other conveyancers to ensure smooth progress
  • Accurately maintain the firm’s bespoke case management system
  • Deal with complex legal issues while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
  • Work to KPIs that prioritise outstanding customer service and satisfaction
  • Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, coaching and mentoring colleagues

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ years PQE in residential conveyancing, OR an experienced Conveyancer with 5+ years managing own files
  • Strong background in managing a varied residential caseload with minimal supervision
  • Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Comfortable with digital technology and modern case management systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development (e.g. AML/CPD training)
  • Ambitious, proactive and motivated to grow within a forward-thinking environment
