Residential Property Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Hampshire / Hybrid, up to c GBP 80,000 (DOE). JOB REF: 1761.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• You will manage a varied caseload of transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth, timely completions.
• Offer clear, practical legal advice with excellent client care.
• Collaborate with the wider property team to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• A proven track record of independently managing a high‑quality conveyancing caseload is essential.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior legal professionals.
• Strong communication skills, leadership, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
