A progressive and expanding law firm in Norfolk is seeking a driven Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team. If you're looking for a supportive, vibrant working environment where your career can thrive, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role

You'll be managing a broad and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Daily liaison with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure a seamless process from instruction through to completion

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 2+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
  • A strong track record of managing freehold and leasehold transactions from start to finish
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • A client-focused and solution-driven approach
  • The ability to work independently while being a great team player
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for personal and professional growth
