PT Renewables is supporting one of our longest-standing to find their next Contractor Resource Manager.

The Role

As a Resource Manager you'll be to take the lead on sourcing, onboarding, and managing contract staff across a range of technical and operational roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in delivering high-profile engineering and infrastructure projects.

Your role

• Leading the end-to-end recruitment of temporary and contract staff.
• Working closely with the operations team to plan and allocate resource effectively.
• Managing onboarding and induction processes to ensure new starters are fully prepared and compliant.
• Maintaining up-to-date contractor files, competencies, and registers in line with audit and IMS standards.
• Supporting day-to-day operations through reporting, timesheet processing etc.

About you:

• Recruitment experience, ideally in temporary or contract roles
• Familiarity with the rail, highways, or engineering sectors
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong Microsoft Office skills - any Recruitment CRM experience a bonus.
• Understanding of IR35 legislation
