Location: North West/Lupton - hybrid role with office days on site in Lupton and travel across our Schools in the UK.

Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover for a period of 14 months.

Are you passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful roles? At Witherslack Group, we\'re looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to attract, recruit, and retain the very best staff across our schools. In a competitive market, this role is about innovation and proactivity: you\'ll work closely with key stakeholders to define resourcing requirements, promote our employer brand, and implement a new direct sourcing model. You\'ll also build talent pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and support current teams by upskilling managers, reducing turnover, and improving retention.

In this role, you\'ll have full ownership of all recruitment activities, combining high-volume recruitment support from a dedicated team with hands-on responsibility for senior hires and headhunting. You\'ll establish and manage effective talent channels, drive creative hiring campaigns, and act as a trusted expert to hiring managers through workforce planning and market insight. We\'re looking for an energetic, positive, and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in candidate attraction, headhunting, and selection.
