Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor – Manchester

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor to join a well-established, supportive, and progressive law practice in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in a supportive, collaborative team environment where your contribution and expertise are truly valued.

Essential Qualifications

• 4 years + PQE.
• Proven background in non-contentious aspects of restructuring and insolvency.
• Commercial mindset, confidence, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in business development.
• Excellent organisational and case management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Confidence to work independently and also contribute as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a key role in delivering outstanding client service, with high levels of autonomy and client interaction.
• Collaborate with the Manchester practice lead, engaging directly and frequently with clients.
• Bring experience from a respected international, national, or regional law firm (ideal).
