We’re looking for a fabulous Retail Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. You will be reporting to the Retail Finance Manager, this role plays a crucial part in managing financial operations and driving efficiency across the retail sector. This role collaborates closely with department managers and senior leaders, providing insightful cost analysis and strategic guidance to support informed decision‑making.
What You’ll Do
- Manage retail costs, prepare monthly financial entries, deliver P&L reports, and perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain property lease databases in line with IFRS16 and support audit to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead flash forecasts, annual budgets, and quarterly projections, collaborate with stakeholders to challenge and refine financial plans.
- Streamline workflows by reducing manual tasks and Excel dependency, leveraging Gen AI to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships, provide financial insights for projects and tenders, and conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support commercial decisions.
