About The Role
In this role you will be responsible for managing the PCH (Personal Contract Hire) side of Retail Onboarding. You will be working alongside our sister company Personal Finance in assisting with the credit approval of our individual customers
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Review customer credit record, assessing whether we can offer leasing services to them.
- Administration tasks, such as Credit overrides, vulnerable customers, and credit increases.
- Managing the PCH appeals process when a customer has been initially declined for credit.
We are looking for someone who is able to question and investigate queries and cases to ensure we are only doing business with eligible customers.
You’ll Also Be Able To Demonstrate
- Administration skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Someone who is strict with keeping in line with processes and policies
- A passion for good customer service, and can have difficult conversations when needed
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £25,640, plus a bonus of up to £1,100. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
