Retail Shop Design Coordinator

This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment, and we are excited to be working with a global retailer with an online and in-store presence. They are currently seeking a Global Shop Development Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Global Shop Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the brand and personalisation program for in-store clients.
Main Duties Include:
- Managing the personalisation program and shop development process
- Ensuring personalisation projects meet client and company standards
- Liaising with store and commercial teams to scope requirements and design guidelines
- Ensuring brand installations adhere to specific guidelines and business needs
- Collaborating with local teams to include technical requirements as necessary
- Monitoring brand implementation and providing weekly reports to clients
- Preparing and reviewing packs and proposals
- Defining characteristics for brand spaces and fixture personalisation
Previous Experience:
- Formal design or architecture education
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD
- Retail design experience is highly desirable
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
