Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a RICS Qualified Manager to support the business with an exciting pipeline of Data Centre projects. The successful candidate will work alongside a Data Centre Director who is responsible for carrying out technical due diligence across multiple data centres in Europe. The position is fully remote within England, however, candidates must be prepared to undertake regular site visits to data centres across the region.

Responsibilities

• Undertake technical due diligence and compliance assessments for data centre projects.
• Provide expert advice on commercial, technical, and contractual risks.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations in line with RICS standards.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct site inspections to verify project progress, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical due diligence, cost consultancy, or project management within construction or data centres.
• Strong understanding of UK and EU regulations, building standards, and RICS compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Must be based in England (applications from outside England cannot be considered).
• Willingness to travel across Europe for site visits.
