About the Role
As a Royalty Tracking Manager, you will maximize client royalty income by utilizing analytical tools and industry knowledge. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Experience and Online Operations teams in the professional delivery of high-quality services.
- Utilize and contribute to the development and maintenance of ICE reports and dashboards.
- Analyze distribution and copyright data, identify anomalies, and resolve them with stakeholders.
- Provide customer reporting on the royalty tracking service.
- Support and input into the Online End-to-End process to ensure ICE’s performance against customer contracts and SLAs.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of procedures.
- Undertake ad-hoc general administration duties and data gathering.
- Provide in-depth analysis on income trends, issues, and variances vs expected receipts.
- Communicate and represent customers’ needs and priorities within ICE.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a royalty tracking or data analysis role within a Publisher or Collection Society.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce insightful reports for stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience querying and extracting data from large datasets using SQL or Python (desirable).
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple work streams.
- Highly numerate and organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of BI solutions and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment; proven organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to handle high workloads and quick turnarounds.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
