Role Overview

As a SaaS Consultant, you’ll act as the face of JSBC Labs’ Salesforce ecosystem — advising prospective clients, conducting demos, and shaping solution roadmaps. You’ll be responsible for identifying client pain points, showcasing our products, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored Salesforce-based SaaS solutions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Discovery: Identify and engage potential clients, conduct discovery sessions, translate challenges into solutions.
  • Sales Enablement & Solution Design: Deliver product demos, collaborate on proposals, manage pre‑sales process.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Support digital marketing, contribute case studies & blog, represent at events.
  • Client Success: Guide onboarding & adoption, work with Customer Success & Support, identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Essential Skills & Experience: 3+ years in SaaS consulting, business development, or pre‑sales (Salesforce preferred). Strong CRM and digital transformation understanding, excellent communication & presentation, proven consultative selling, ability to work independently.
  • Desirable: Salesforce Certified (Admin / Consultant / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud), experience with AppExchange, ISV, or SaaS models, exposure to Recruitment, Education, Field Services, familiarity with marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
