We’re looking for a dynamic, bilingual professional fluent in French and English, passionate about customer success, with a strong technical background in SaaS and hardware solutions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and be motivated to build and nurture long-term client relationships across multiple countries. This position offers flexibility to work from our Milton Keynes office or remotely within England or Wales.
What you will do
Client & Account Management
- Own major European accounts and be the trusted advisor clients rely on, building partnerships that boost loyalty.
- Lead Account and Quarterly Business Reviews via Microsoft Teams and face-to-face meetings across the EU.
- Champion solution adoption, demonstrate ROI, and deliver engaging training to empower clients.
- Be a friendly, responsive contact who quickly resolves customer needs and turns challenges into wins.
Customer Support & Technical Troubleshooting
- Manage onboarding, billing, and support for French-speaking customers, resolving escalations with internal teams.
- Handle the full order process from quote to installation, partnering with Finance to ensure smooth invoicing.
- Quickly diagnose and fix technical issues to minimize downtime and delight customers.
- Coordinate with order management, fulfillment, subcontractors, and engineers for timely installations.
- Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Field Services, and Supply Chain to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Global Relationship & Workflow Management
- Manage meetings across time zones with flexibility, including occasional after-hours calls, to support international partners.
- Own the entire process from start to finish, ensuring accurate, on-schedule orders with detailed records for smooth operations.
Who you are
Experienced Saas Account Manager : With at least 5 years of proven success managing enterprise-level accounts; adept at handling complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and driving retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
Technical Expertise:Strong aptitude for troubleshooting software and hardware, with proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze data and support decision-making.
Fluent in French and English : Capable of translating technical and business information clearly and managing cross-cultural communication in international settings.
Problem-Solving & Sales Savvy:Proactive in anticipating client needs, resolving issues swiftly, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities that align with company goals.
Team Collaboration:Ability to work closely with Sales, Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, Field Services, and subcontracted Engineers to ensure seamless delivery and installation.
Organized & Detail-Focused:Skilled at handling multiple priorities independently, ensuring accurate order processing and timely follow-ups.
Flexibility & Mobility: Valid UK Driving License with willingness to travel occasionally across the UK/EU and accommodate flexible working hours for international meetings.
