About Us

Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working both privately and with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We are an independent organisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we are proud to support. Assessments are carried out by our team of associate clinicians from a range of clinical backgrounds, in satellite clinics across the country and remotely. Psicon is committed to offering the best psychological support and healthcare available. Purpose of the Role

Our Safeguarding Nurse role will be instrumental in leading on clinical risk assessments and supervision within Psicon’s triage function. You will be supporting the delivery of neurodevelopmental assessments developing and delivering post-diagnostic therapeutic interventions for clients with ADHD and/or autism. You experience will be impactful and vital in ensuring safe, compassionate, and person-centred care for clients accessing Psicon’s NHS and private pathways.

Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)

Trained in ADOS-2 (adult nurse only)

Experience in CAMHS or adult mental health

Experience delivering neurodiversity-affirming therapy

Strong risk assessment and clinical formulation skills

Familiarity with PSIRF or CQC frameworks

Experience supervising non-qualified staff

Group therapy experience

Confidence working in remote/digital settings

Background in autism or ADHD services

Collaborative, person-centred approach

Experience contributing to clinical governance
