We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Safety, Health & Wellbeing Specialist to support the implementation of our Health, Safety, Quality, Environment (HSQE), Facilities and HR strategies across our UK operations.

How You Can Play Your Part:
Provide a safe working environment for all staff and ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and environmental legislation. Knowledge of HR processes and practices is also beneficial.
You Will:
- Support the HSQE Facilities and Fleet Manager and oversee HSE and wellbeing activities across the UK property portfolio, managing systems like Evalu-8, iAuditor, Astute
- Assist with HSQE training administration for all employees
- Coordinate company-wide health and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with HR
- Liaise with insurance companies to ensure statutory inspections are completed and actions are tracked
- Ensure completion of statutory risk assessments with documented actions
- Maintain Duty of Care documentation related to waste management
- Gather data and prepare routine reports
- Coordinate internal and external audits and assessments
- Participate in QHSE meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
- Conduct site visits for inspections, audits, and assessments
- Implement the compliance strategy and objectives
- Work with HR to design and deliver employee wellbeing programs, including mental health first aiders
- Raise awareness and promote open discussions on mental health and wellbeing
About You:
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and work independently
- Team player with a customer-centric approach
- Good decision-making skills, experience, and evidence-based
- Knowledge of relevant legislation on health & safety, quality, and environment
- Understanding of HR processes or willingness to learn
- NEBOSH or IOSH membership
