We’re looking for a Sales Account Director to join a fast-growing environmental tech company that’s helping major infrastructure players run cleaner, safer, and smarter. This isn’t your typical account management role—this is about generating new business, building relationships with industry heavyweights, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be working with rail giants, highway operators, and infrastructure leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and drive revenue growth
  • Build relationships with industry leaders (rail giants, highway operators, infrastructure decision makers)
  • Represent the company at industry events and develop innovative sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify untapped opportunities
  • Shape the sales function as the company scales
  • Help businesses optimise asset performance while minimising environmental impact

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales track record
  • Lead generation capability from scratch
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite decision makers
  • Industry savvy—rail, highways, or infrastructure background is a huge bonus
