We’re hiring a Sales Account Manager- Field based to drive growth across the UK! You’ll manage key client relationships, win new business, and play a central role in delivering tailored solutions in a highly secure, regulated industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a background in banking, retail tech, or cash management to join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of secure technology.
What You’ll Be Doing as aSales Account Manager:- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts – becoming their trusted advisor
- Proactively generate new business in target markets (goal: £1M+ revenue/year)
- Build relationships that stick – offering smart, long-term solutions that solve real problem.
- Drive pipeline activity using Salesforce, keeping your sales dashboards accurate and up to date
- Lead customer presentations, proposals, contract renewals, and success-driven trials
- Stay sharp on our full suite of technology solutions and be ready to advise clients on the best fit.
- Proven B2B sales and/or account management experience (5+ years), ideally in cash management, banking or retail tech
- Confidence in managing both new and existing customer relationships
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills
- Tech-savvy with strong command of Salesforce, MS Office & MS Teams
- A self-starter attitude – driven, results-focused, and commercially aware
- Knowledge of secure technology solutions, trials management, and maintenance contracts
- Experience supporting trade shows and client events
- Understanding of financial processes, debt resolution, and cross-functional collaboration
- Thrive in a field-based, client-facing role where no two days are the same
- Are naturally curious, motivated, and enjoy solving problems for clients
- Want to work in a secure, fast-paced environment backed by innovation and integrity
