• Build trusted relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers to increase engagement and referrals.
• Regularly check in with partners to understand their goals, challenges, and how we can better support them.
• Grow your accounts by delivering excellent service and earning introductions to new introducers.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve partner performance and deepen loyalty.
• Use HubSpot to track interactions, measure account growth, and stay organised.
• Represent Altium at industry events and networking opportunities (occasional travel required).
  
  

• Solid B2B sales or account management experience - ideally in property, conveyancing, or financial services.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys relationship building and thrives on helping others succeed.
• A proactive communicator with strong follow-up habits.
• Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage accounts and track performance.
• Conveyancing knowledge is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.
  
  

• Basic Salary up to£26000DOE
• OTE £50k+ with uncapped commission earn more as your relationships grow - success is in your hand.
