We mainly sell online but are developing a wholesale offering. Our dog food is a natural, nutritious and sustainable complete dog food formulated for active and working dogs and produced with wild British game. We’re looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Sales & Marketing Lead to join our small team and help drive the next phase of growth.What you’ll do:Identify new routes to market and drive B2B/B2C growthManage collaborations and sample campaignsMaintain and optimise our CRM (Monday.com)Plan and execute email campaigns, press releases, and media placementsBook and attend occasional events and showsOversee artwork, promotional materials, and brand assetsRun our Instagram and Facebook accountsDevelop other forms of social mediaLiaise with influencers and partner websitesIdentify, onboard, and support brand ambassadorsRespond to customer queries and delivery issuesManage and monetise our customer databaseKeep our website and Google profile up to dateWho you are:A proactive self‑starter with experience across sales, marketing, and digital toolsComfortable juggling tasks and wearing multiple hatsPassionate about dogs, customer care, and growing a purpose‑led brandFamiliar with platforms like Shopify, Whirlpay, Mailchimp and Monday.com (or quick to learn)Ideally located in the midlands, or south east or south west EnglandWhy Hoddy’s?We’re a small, values‑driven business with big ambitions.
