We’re hiring a Sales Associate to support and accelerate our UK sales pipeline. You’ll be working directly with the Head of UK to generate leads, qualify high-stakes deals, run early sales meetings, and play a hands-on role across the full sales cycle.
You’ll get real coaching, direct exposure to enterprise SaaS sales, and a clear pathway to become a Strategic AE or Growth Rep within 4–8 months.

Commission-only for the first couple of months (earn per meeting + revenue share)
Transition to base + commission once targets are met
Fast-track access to strategic deals and Head of UK sales process
OTE £70k+ with no cap and long-term deal share
What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be the right hand to the Head of UK Sales, helping generate, qualify, and progress the pipeline — from cold outreach to signed deals.
- Outbound Prospecting: 50–60 quality cold calls per day to Risk, Resilience, and Governance leaders across the UK & EU
- Meeting Ownership: Book and co-lead early-stage calls, qualify deals, and run tailored discovery sessions
- Pipeline Development: Help structure, grow, and report on the Head of UK’s personal pipeline (across NHS, financial services, and critical infrastructure)
- Sales Support: Draft follow-ups, record BANT in HubSpot, manage key timelines, and contribute to proposals
- Learning & Progression: Join founder-led demos, shadow enterprise deals, and receive hands-on sales coaching
