The Opportunity:

Are you a sales star ready to conquer London’s property market? Join us as a self-employed Sales Consultant and sign landlords onto our guaranteed rent scheme—earning an hourly rate with £250 per property. Secure 10 properties to unlock a full-time Property Consultant role at £30,000/year, then scale to 50 properties for a salary boost to £38,700/year, including visa sponsorship (Skilled Worker visa) if needed, Guaranteed Rent Solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Source landlords and pitch our guaranteed rent scheme (fixed income, zero voids).
• Secure signed contracts for properties meeting our criteria and earn £250 per contracted property - no limit on your sign-ups.

Earning Potential

• Compensation: £26,000 per annum + commission-based earnings
• Full-Time Role path: Secure 10 properties within 6 months to move to £30,000/year + benefits as a Property Consultant
• Reach 50 properties to attain £38,700/year with visa sponsorship if required
