We are looking for a self-driven and adaptable Sales Development Manager who is able to hit the ground running by expanding our associated Garage Network as part of our mission to grow, connect drivers and repairs, as well as continuing to grow FixMyCar and our associated partners as a recognized brand. Reporting to our Key Account Manager, you will be managing our pipeline of potential leads and objection handling to ensure we maintain the best service maintenance and repairs network around. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment where they can have real influence on meeting strategic targets, and collaborate in a small Sales function.

This is a full-time hybrid position (37.5 hours per week), with the expectation that the successful employee will report to our office in Reading. During the initial weeks, more frequent visits may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our product and services
  • Answering questions about our products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand more about our customer requirements and close sales
  • Entering and updating customer information in the database
  • Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
  • Going the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information
  • Securing garage prospects as new members and passing them to the Companys aftersales team
  • Account management for garage members that have taken out membership packages
  • Promoting and selling the Companys other services and offerings
