About You and the Role:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , your mission is to fuel our sales pipeline through high-impact outbound prospecting and smart handling of inbound and referral leads. You’ll be instrumental in booking qualified meetings, uncovering needs, and seeding new client relationships — all while building real SaaS sales skills in a collaborative, tech-forward environment.
This is a remote-first role , but you’ll be expected to travel to London 4–5 days per month for networking events, workshops, and in-person collaboration with our sales and delivery team.

Responsibilities- Drive new business pipeline via cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Hit daily outreach targets: 6 0 cold calls + 60 tailored emails
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify referral opportunities
- Book 5+ qualified meetings per week for our senior sales team
- Research and target key verticals and buyer personas aligned to our ICP
- Work within Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
- Update monday.com boards to track lead stages and follow-ups
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strategise outreach cadences
- Source £15k/month in new monday.com license sales through your outbound efforts
- Source £8k/month in professional services revenue leads
- 12-18 months of SDR, BDR, or business development experience
- Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and writing compelling outreach
- Highly organised and goal-oriented, with strong follow-through
- Curiosity about SaaS, consulting, and B2B sales cycles
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to travel occasionally to London
- Experience selling SAAS solutions or work operating systems like monday.com
- Familiarity with monday.com
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience targeting industry verticals such as professional services, media, or manufacturing
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding outreach/meeting targets
- Salary: £25,000–£31,200 per annum
- Commission: £50 per qualified meeting booked (max 20 per month)
- Fully Remote: Work from your home office, with occasional travel to London for collaboration and sales networking (est. 4 days a month)
- Flexible Working: Manage your own schedule as long as you meet deadlines and KPIs and attend key meetings
