Overview

Sales Director, Enterprise Growth UK/I role at Pluralsight. Lead the UK/I Account Executive team; define and execute the sales strategy to retain and grow the Enterprise customer base. Drive the performance of the sales team with a focus on complex deal transactions within a portfolio currently totaling approximately $25M ARR.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Sales Director peers to establish, shape, and execute strategies for recurring revenue growth to achieve booking targets.
  • Provide operational rigor and ensure forecasts and metrics are up-to-date and correct.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management, and report on all business aspects.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures that support the business.
  • Support your team by participating in client and prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as needed.
  • Provide coaching to sellers in alignment with the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and 1:1 reviews with your team, ensuring sales tracking and forecasts are readily available to senior leadership and the ELT.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies to expand the company’s footprint within key Enterprise accounts.
  • Support Business Development and Marketing efforts by attending industry conferences and events.
  • Occasional travel is required (~10%).

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Quota-attainment history with 5+ years in Enterprise software sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership position. (If you’re slightly outside this, please reach out.)
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Expertise in the MEDDPICC framework (ideally as both seller and leader/coach).

Requirements

  • Strong experience selling into UK/Irish markets.
  • Hybrid Work Model: on-site in Dublin, Ireland Tuesdays through Thursdays with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
