This Is a Player-coach Role with a focus on growth through partnerships and alliances that accelerate Virtuoso’s global expansion. You will build, nurture, and expand strategic relationships with key partners in the software testing and QA landscape to drive mutual business success and unlock new market opportunities. We have established key agreements with several major Global System Integrators (GSIs); you will deepen these partnerships and expand our reach into enterprise accounts worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Own and achieve quota through direct sales and strategic alliances.
- Lead and coach a team of 3 Account Directors, driving performance and growth.
- Build and grow strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Manage key customer accounts (renewals, upsell & expansion).
- Lead deal negotiations with executive-level stakeholders.
- Coach your team through 1:1s, pipeline reviews and live deal support.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture.
What you’ll do

What we’re looking for
- Proven track record hitting quotas in SaaS (ideally QA, DevOps, or software testing).
- Experience leading or coaching sales teams.
- Background in alliances, channels, or partner development.
- Strong negotiator with exec-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, VPs Eng).
- A natural leader & coach, with high EQ and a hands-on approach.
