The Opportunity

Sustainable Wealth Group (SWG) is on a mission to unlock private market investments that were once reserved only for institutions, giving high-net-worth individuals and family offices access to vetted, exclusive opportunities in venture capital and private equity.

We are scaling rapidly, with ambitious plans to triple our monthly investment sales in the next 12 months and to expand internationally within the next year. To achieve this, we’re hiring a Head of Sales / Sales Director to lead and transform our sales organisation.

This is not a 9–5 job. It’s a chance to build a generational business in one of the fastest-growing segments of global finance and to shape the foundation of a company that will be worth £250m+ in the next five years.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, train, and develop a team of 15+ venture capital & private equity consultants, including team leaders.
  • Scale Performance: Triple monthly sales by implementing world-class sales strategies.
  • Innovate: Introduce new sales processes, coaching frameworks, and tools to optimise performance.
  • Expand: Own the UK sales floor today, with a pathway to lead international offices and global expansion tomorrow.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside our executive team to align sales with marketing, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver Impact: Champion SWG’s mission of aligning profit with purpose by helping investors back businesses shaping a sustainable future.

Who You Are

  • A proven sales leader (financial services experience preferred, but not essential if you’re extraordinary).
  • Someone who lives and breathes sales. Hungry, driven, and relentless in pursuit of growth.
  • Experienced in managing and scaling high-performance sales teams.
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, thrives in fast-paced, scaling businesses.
  • A long-term builder, motivated by equity, ownership, and the chance to shape a global success story.
