We are looking for a Sales Director / Sr. Sales Manager UK (m/f/x) to develop new markets in the EU and UK. The role is remote within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop new markets and customers in the EU and UK and drive sales growth of the company's products or services.
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share in a highly competitive market by developing effective sales strategies and plans.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers, improve satisfaction and increase loyalty.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and problems, providing professional solutions to meet expectations.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence, understanding market dynamics and trends, and formulate corresponding sales strategies.
• Adjust and optimise sales strategy based on market feedback and data analysis to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales.
• 6+ years of sales experience.
• Strong network within the Energy Storage industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages (French, Dutch, German) a plus.
• Must have experience within the new energy storage industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business.
