Role
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to take full ownership of our global enablement function. This is a senior individual contributor role where you will act as the strategic and executional lead for everything that turns knowledge into revenue. You will work as a peer to senior leaders in Sales and BD, building the foundation, processes, and content that empower our team to sell with confidence and consistency. This role requires someone hands-on who can both set the vision and build the assets, from onboarding programs and playbooks to ROI tools and content hubs. You will own enablement end-to-end: design, execution, measurement, and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured product-learning paths for all sales roles, keeping them continuously updated.
- Plan and run ongoing sales skills trainings (methodologies, discovery, negotiation, etc.) via live sessions, webinars, and self-paced modules.
- Create and refine all sales assets including presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, and ROI decks.
- Own onboarding and certification for new sales hires, including end-to-end curriculum, exams, and ramp-to-productivity plans.
- Implement systematic knowledge control through recurring quizzes, checks, and recertifications for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks by product and use case (ICP, pain points, messaging, objection handling, competitive positioning).
- Build and manage enablement tools such as pricing/ROI/TCO calculators, qualification scorecards, and other sales process accelerators.
- Oversee content operations, ensuring a single source of truth for sales materials, proper versioning, tagging, and sunsetting outdated content.
- Train and drive adoption of CRM/CPQ/enablement platforms, collecting feedback to optimize workflows.
- Maintain a strong field feedback loop to update messaging, collateral, and training priorities based on seller input.
- Align cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, and RevOps to ensure tools and messaging reflect the latest roadmap and market trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Enablement, ideally in fast-moving, global B2B environments.
- Proven track record designing and implementing onboarding programs, playbooks, and content hubs with measurable impact.
- Strong adult learning, coaching, and facilitation skills with working knowledge of Product, GTM, and RevOps.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, setting frameworks while also building the deliverables yourself.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with metrics like ramp time, stage conversion, and content adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and train diverse global teams.
Why this role is exciting
- You’ll be the founding leader of Sales Enablement at P2P, with full ownership of building the function from the ground up.

- The role is hands-on and high-impact: everything you design will directly influence revenue growth.
