Lead the planning, execution, and success of high-profile events, ensuring seamless coordination across operations, marketing, and sales teams. Develop and implement effective event strategies to deliver an exceptional experience for exhibitors and delegates while maintaining budget control. Drive sales growth by setting targets, leading the sales team, and fostering strong industry relationships with clients and partners. Oversee the creation of targeted marketing campaigns to attract key audiences and enhance event visibility. The ideal candidate will have/ be:🎯

Strong experience in B2B event sponsorship sales Proven track record of achieving/exceeding high sales targets and growing events year on year Experience overseeing event strategy across departments (marketing, operations/logistics, and production) Experience managing event budgets and P&L Strong leadership traits and innovative sales approach
