About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Growth team as a Sales Executive in the Financial Services sector, with a strong background in blockchain solutions and tokenized assets.
This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility for driving business growth and increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR).
As a proactive and results-oriented individual, you are hands-on and self-motivated, ready to take ownership of your success and company growth. You will thrive in a dynamic, T-shaped team environment that emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and a strong team ethos.
Reporting directly to our Co-founder and President, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our business by managing sales efforts across key global markets.

️ What Makes You a Strong Fit for this Role:
- Extensive business development experience, with a proven track record in BFSI.
- Advanced knowledge of blockchain solutions and tokenized assets.
- Extensive network in financial services.
- Familiarity with blockchain architecture and technology adoption challenges, that our target sector faces.
- Strong experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English, any additional languages is nice-to-have for effective communication across diverse markets.
- Revenue-Driven Mindset: Focus relentlessly on driving outcomes, specifically business growth and increasing ARR by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Industry Connections: Leverage your existing network within the blockchain, tokenized assets, and BFSI to open doors and accelerate sales cycles.
- Deep Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in blockchain and tokenized assets to build trust and authority with clients and prospects.
- Client-Centric Approach: Show an ability to deeply understand client challenges, and articulate how our solutions can solve them to deliver impactful solutions for their challenges.
- Collaborative Skills: Work seamlessly within a small, highly dynamic growth team, where everyone contributes to the team’s overall success.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats and stepping outside of defined roles when needed.
- High Visibility: Engage directly with the co-founder and president, influencing strategic decisions and directly contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sales Lifecycle Management
- Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Market Expertise
- Utilize advanced knowledge of blockchain solutions and tokenized assets to position our offering effectively. You are able to talk the talk based on your knowledge of banking and tokenized assets; our platform enables clients to walk the walk.
- Stay on top of and ahead of industry trends to anticipate client needs and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Client Engagement
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Work with clients to identify their challenges and present solutions that address specific pain points they face.
- Collaboration with Tech Teams
- Leverage the deep expertise of our world-class tech presales team to deliver high-quality demos, client presentations, and comprehensive solution proposals to target accounts.
- Ensure that client needs are seamlessly integrated into proposed solutions.
- Plan and Execute
- Develop and execute a clear business plan targeting a significant share of the rapidly growing asset tokenization market in BFSI in Europe, the UAE, and Asia.
- Leverage your existing network to identify and activate opportunities in tokenized assets and the ecosystems that drive them.
