Sales Executive (IT Services) — Commission Basis (UK Citizen Only)

Engagement

• You manage your own time, but regular business generation is required (more business = more commission)

What You'll do:

• Source, qualify, and close new business
• Lead discovery, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close
• Maintain a clean pipeline and coordinate a smooth handover to delivery

• Web & E-commerce Development
• Mobile Apps & Custom Software
• CRM & Business Process Automation
• API Development & System Integration
• AI Automation, AI Chatbots, AI Software Automation (LLM copilots, RPA, data extraction, workflow automation)
• Digital Marketing, Paid Ads & Growth Enablement

We are looking for:

• Excellent communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
• Genuinely interested, proactive, and willing to work
• Professional, responsive, UK-based UK citizen

Commission: (Performance-Based)

• Starts at 10%; consistent, focused partners can earn up to 20%
• Slabs: 10%, 12%, 15%, 18%, 20% (based on ticket size and how frequently you bring business)
• Commission will be paid immediately after the client's invoice payment
