A growing digital transformation consultancy is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive (Hunter) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the UK and Western Europe. This is a high-impact role where you'll position Oracle IT Services, Cloud, and SaaS solutions to C-level stakeholders, shaping long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients, building strong executive-level relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Sell consulting services, Oracle Apps/Tech, Cloud, and SaaS solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for pipeline and forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to maximise client success.
- Stay ahead of Oracle, SaaS, and Cloud market trends to refine sales approach.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales within Oracle IT Services (must-have).
- Strong background in selling consulting services and Oracle Apps/Tech.
- Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS solutions with ability to position value to clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with C-level decision-makers.
- Highly organised, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel across Western Europe as required.
