Sales Executive (Hybrid), Salary: £26-28k + uncapped commission. 33 days holiday inc bank holidays, life insurance lots of other benefits and career opportunities. Location: Hybrid remote with a requirement to be in the Wigan office 2 days per week.We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven new business Sales Executive to work for dynamic and market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions. The role can offer excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate. Applicants will need to have telephone based sales experience (inbound and outbound) and be motivated to achieve sales success. A full induction and training programme will be provided.Sales Executive – The roleYou will drive sales by promoting a range of products and services, building relationships with new customers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will play a vital role in converting leads into profitable orders, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
- Effectively manage marketing-led calls and data, generating qualified sales opportunities.
- Proactively engage with potential customers via telephone, email, and online platforms to generate leads and sales.
- Convert opportunities into closed deals, consistently providing accurate pricing.
- Prioritise and manage a customer pipeline to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Follow up on campaigns and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Close lost enquiries efficiently, ensuring clear and concise customer notes are maintained.
- Address customer queries and resolve potential issues quickly to safeguard future sales.
- Attend training and development sessions to refine your knowledge, sales techniques, and skills.
- Regularly meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in a customer focussed Sales Executive or similar role with experience of inbound and outbound new business sales.
- Motivated to seek out and convert sales opportunities and increase revenue.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
