Overview

We are expanding our commercial team and looking for experienced, proactive Sales Executives and Sales Managers to help UK businesses access R&D Tax Credit funding for innovation and development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building relationships with UK businesses across a range of sectors
• Providing clear guidance on R&D funding opportunities
• Managing your own pipeline and activity levels
• Working closely with and reporting to the Sales Lead to ensure strong performance and support

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous B2B sales experience (R&D, financial services, consultancy, telecoms, software, energy or similar)
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive mindset — able to drive your own results
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Remote-first, with a monthly in-person team meeting in Liverpool (flexible to circumstances)
• Structured support, ongoing development and progression for those who excel
• Training provided on R&D claim processes and eligibility criteria
